Problem Solving
Diagnosing issues & delivering solutions; always keeping cost, time & practicality in mind
If you've got issues, you need the right help... fast!
Whatever the type of construction - traditional or MMC - and whatever the project phase, issues can and do arise. In our experience, even when you make all the right decisions things can still go wrong.
It can feel like your project's in jeopardy. Perhaps you're facing deadlines and penalities; or maybe you sometimes struggle to diagnose the root cause of issues, which makes it difficult to identify and implement the right solutions?

Accurate diagnoses and practical resolutions can save you a lot of time and money; we've been trouble-shooting for some of the largest organisations using Offsite Construction in the UK for years... we can do it for you too.

During Planning & Design
Working with clients and contractors during these early phases of a project really helps maximise the benefits of Offsite.
-
Designs, methods and systems to deliver what the client expects
-
Solutions to address planning stipulations and objections
-
Maximising the opportunities for standardisation and simplification to help reduce costs and increase efficiency
Our aim is to make sure your construction teams have all the information they need to build accurately and efficiently on-site.
Through the Production Process
We offer clients and contractors a checking and verification service to ensure their Offsite suppliers are meeting the quality standards required.
Problems we often identify include - but are not limited to - damaged moisture barriers, incorrect fixings, out-of tolerance dimensions, poor detailing, incomplete elements, product or material substitution.
We identify issues before they become embedded in the product, and negotiate solutions before the product is delivered to site, where rectification can be far more difficult.
On Site
When you're facing problems on site, you need a speedy resolution to get you back on programme without latent issues.

We visit sites throughout the UK, assessing and diagnosing issues, devising practical solutions, and guiding on-site teams through implementation.

Our support services deliver significant benefits, especially where teams are not as familiar with Offsite systems as they are with traditional build methods.
In Use & Occupation
Issues can emerge well after your buildings are used / occupied, sometimes many years later.

With owners and occupiers to consider, it's vital to minimise disruption, whilst being certain you're dealing properly with the problem so it won't re-occur. Which is why we carry out thorough (yet timely) investigations and analysis before advising on appropriate remedial works.
In what can be difficult situations, our approach delivers the best outcome for all stakeholders.
