A repeat client of ours, PF Modular supplies and installs modular and portable buildings. Offering new buildings, as well as re-purposing and refurbishing existing units, the company provides a turnkey service for projects from a small one-man office to a bespoke, multi-storey complex.

 

This project, with Focus Experiential Ltd, called for three high-quality marketing suites to be located on three separate major housing developments.  With marketing suites, timely build, practical functionality and quality of fit-out are all important…  first impressions really do count when it comes to selling new homes, and having a great marketing suite up-and-running as quickly as possible is vital for sales.

 

PF Modular asked us to create manufacturing designs for approval, showing layout and elevations; followed by manufacturing drawings, M&E layouts and fire details.  Our full drawing set was presented for approval by Focus Experiential, then worked up into comprehensive construction drawings which enabled PF Modular to build exactly what their client wanted and expected.

 

By providing the right support to PF Modular, the team there felt confident they could focus on their own areas of expertise.  Combining our skills, together we completed an efficient project, delivering the three marketing suites on time and to budget.
